Job Title: A/R Cycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled A/R Cycle Manager to join our team at Real Hope Real Help Psychology and ABA Center. As a key member of our billing team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Submit claims for services with proper CPT codes and follow up on assigned insurance claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
  • Process assigned AR work lists in a timely manner and review patient accounts to determine appropriate follow-up action.
  • Recommend accounts to be written off on Adjustment Request and report address and/or filing rule changes to the manager.
  • Check the system for missing payments, properly notate patient accounts, and take appropriate actions.
  • Scan correspondence and index to the proper account, answer telephone according to team requirements, and generate and send out statements to patients.
  • Respond to insurance company claim inquiries and meet daily production goals as assigned by management.
  • Run A/R reports and develop a billing process, working as a leader for the billing team.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mental health Commercial Insurance, TRICARE, and Medicare Compliance.
  • Mental health EHR use, clearinghouse, and claims processing.
  • At least three years of experience in mental health billing is required, with a college degree in business or health management.
  • AAPC certification is preferred, and billing and coding certification is required.
  • Mental health and ABA billing experience is required.
Working Hours and Pay:

Working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, and the pay is $65.00 per hour. This is a part-time, contract, temporary position with the possibility to develop into a permanent position.
