Position: Fulfillment Associate - Cannabis Industry

Pincanna operates as a comprehensive cannabis enterprise with a significant presence in the industry. Our operations include a large-scale cultivation and production facility, alongside various retail outlets across the region.

As a Fulfillment Associate, your primary role will involve the precise execution of sales order processing and preparation for customer transactions. This includes verifying product specifications, METRC IDs, and quantities to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will support the Inventory Manager in maintaining organized and compliant inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring the correct product type, quantity, and METRC ID are accurately selected.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keep the fulfillment area organized and tidy.
  • Assist in integrating inventory into the Cova POS and METRC systems.
  • Ensure cleanliness of workspaces and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Promote a productive and positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and be available for shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

*Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated cannabis distribution environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the METRC system is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A commitment to excellence and a perfectionist approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
