**Medical Director/Clinical Physician Opportunity at Shasta Regional Medical Center**
The Medical Director/Clinical Physician plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services to patients at Shasta Regional Medical Center. This position is responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of all medical care and quality of services provided at the clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in the development of services and program plans.
2. Ensure consistent quality of care to patients by establishing clinic quality goals and tracking progress.
3. Provide delivery of medical services to patients in a primary care and/or urgent care environment.
**Requirements**
1. 3-5 years of work experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
2. Graduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic- MD or DO.
3. Current California Medical License - MD or DO.
4. Unrestricted Current DEA Registration.
5. Current California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration.
6. Current medical staff membership at Shasta Regional Medical Center or meets all credentialing requirements.
7. 2 years Medical Director experience preferred.
