Cleveland Brothers is committed to equipping you with the essential training and specialized tools necessary for success in this role.
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver exceptional service for Industrial Engines and Electric Power Generation systems to our valued customers.The ideal candidate will have the requisite training and hands-on experience with industrial engines, enabling them to effectively diagnose, repair, and execute technical startups for both diesel and gas engines.
Availability for after-hours and weekend work may be necessary to meet customer needs and repair timelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel, gas, and marine engines.
- Conduct repairs on generators and their components in various environmental conditions.
- Safely assemble and disassemble equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair and maintain temperature control and air compression systems.
- Complete service reports accurately and provide detailed work order information.
- Meet Department of Transportation physical examination and licensing requirements.
- Work overtime as needed and maintain necessary tools.
In the absence of field assignments, the technician will perform duties within the shop for the remainder of the shift.
