We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineering Director to lead our Mechanical Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP consulting, with experience in design, staff mentoring, and client interaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Mechanical Department, including quality control, project management, and staff development. They will work closely with our partners to ensure the department's needs are met, including manpower, equipment, software, and personnel issues.

The Mechanical Engineering Director will be involved in the design process from conceptualization to construction close-out, working on projects across various industries, including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. They will be responsible for establishing design formats, selecting software, and reviewing time sheets and evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have a Pennsylvania Professional Engineering License and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. They will also have experience with project management, fee proposal writing, and invoicing clients. Knowledge of building plumbing and fire protection systems, as well as REVIT and AutoCAD, is a plus.
