Senior Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to join our Supply Chain team at Lowe's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of network changes to achieve cost reduction and service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of network changes to achieve cost reduction and service improvements
- Develop and implement solutions to operational issues and provide recommendations to improve operations
- Manage distribution center processes by applying industry technologies, equipment, and material handling solutions
- Partner with key vendors to explore industry best practices and collaborate with site operations to gain project support and operational insight
- Present project ideas and designs for leadership approval and execute engineering projects by implementing project scopes, plans, and timelines
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in retail distribution with an emphasis on a productivity and performance-based culture
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Power Point, and Access; experience in time and motion studies, working with engineered labor standards development or implementation
- Experience in project management; business case development and capital justification; change management
- 3 years' experience in retail distribution with an emphasis on a performance-based culture
- 3 years' experience in facility layout and project/capital justification
- 3 years' with a proven experience managing multiple and competing priorities
