Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop high-quality training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional guides.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to military personnel, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
  • Instructional Design: Create engaging and interactive training experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and execute training projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communication: Represent the command at conferences and meetings, communicating effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using authoring systems, such as AIM and MCTIMS, to create and deliver training content.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Requirements
