Job Overview

ZABA Therapy LLC is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with learners in their homes and in the community, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Utilize a range of ABA procedures to teach communication, social skills, and daily living skills to learners.
  • Provide support to families to ensure a high-quality learning environment for their child.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
  • 4-year college degree in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
