- Contribute to and be responsible for Quality and Environmental awareness throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving experience using systematic approaches: Six Sigma, root cause analysis, 8D

The expected compensation range for this position is between $75,000 - $120,000 based on a full-time schedule. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
