Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Consumer Experience Lead to join our Energy Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience, data analysis, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Creative, and Growth Media, to design and implement customer-centric solutions that meet business objectives.

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to our Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office. If you are passionate about customer experience and have a proven track record of success in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Conduct data analysis to inform customer experience decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support customer experience initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, engineers, and content writers
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading customer experience initiatives and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel occasionally to our Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office
