  • Deliver high-quality care through regular assessments, documentation, and observations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • An LPN license in the applicable state
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
