Job Summary

Pureflow Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer contracts, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining excellent relationships with our high-purity water clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Set up and maintain customer contracts, jobs, and services to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Quote and Renewal Management: Prepare and issue quotes and account renewals, and follow up through issuance of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Business Analysis: Track and generate reports of business segment profitability, including cost analysis of services and contract renewals, to inform business decisions.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain customer service schedules, create work orders, and prepare work orders for invoicing to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Software Utilization: Learn and utilize Microsoft Dynamics and other software products to enter and report activity, ensuring accurate and timely data capture.
  • Customer Communication: Handle customer calls and coordinate service schedules with service technicians to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the LSLI Service Department, including back-up support for other administrative staff as needed.
  • Internal Partnerships: Coordinate with other internal partners to support the growth and profitability of the company.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other software products.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills to prepare profitability reports, cost analysis, and prepare billings.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Solid customer-service orientation, with a focus on serving internal and external customers with excellence.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
