About the Role:

You will work with our Federal government client, providing strong writing skills and collaboration. Successful candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities and collaborate with diverse audiences.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of documentation and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track evaluations.
  • Capture key discussion points and action items during meetings.
  • Inform potential applicants about program benefits through fact sheets and presentations.
  • Leverage MS Office and relevant software tools to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Location: This team is based in Washington, D.C., and operates in a hybrid work environment.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • BA/BS + 5 years of relevant experience or Master's + 3 years of relevant experience
  • Current interim Secret clearance and ability to obtain an active Secret clearance
  • US citizenship

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Occasional availability for travel
  • Prior DHS contractor fitness authorization determination
  • Prior DHS experience
