Job Summary:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in a hospital and/or clinical setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic services, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment, and performing routine, emergent, portable, surgical, and fluoroscopic examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiological procedures, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment, in accordance with department policies and procedures.
  • Work under the supervision of a radiologist on an as-needed basis.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging and exam clarification.
  • Responsible for patient registration and scheduling.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment, imaging, and healthcare computer systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of radiology equipment and exams to perform fluoroscopy, DXA, surgery, portable, and routine radiographic exams.
  • Experience performing general radiographic exams using digital equipment within the last three years.
  • Time management, prioritization, planning, and following policies and procedures.
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Radiologic Science or related field.
  • Float position supporting operations at multiple medical offices.
