Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst II - Reimbursement is a vital role within our organization, responsible for conducting intricate financial analyses. This position involves the collection of statistical data, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reimbursement modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute advanced financial analysis tasks, including the compilation of statistical information and the reconciliation of financial accounts.
  • Support the preparation of financial disclosures and cost reports related to Medicare and Medi-Cal.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to address reimbursement challenges.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting is mandatory.
  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis is essential.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Skills Required:
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Certifications:
  • Preferred certifications include CPA or CHFP.
  • A Master's Degree in business is a beneficial asset.
