We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and nurses to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of respiratory conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct respiratory therapy procedures, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an AMA-accredited program
- Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 4 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or 15 years of experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist
