Job Summary

The Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner is a key member of our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital, providing exceptional patient care and expertise in respiratory therapy. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of contemporary respiratory therapy principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including respiratory therapy and education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an AMA-accredited program
  • Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 90 days of hire
  • 4 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or 15 years of experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
