We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Front Desk Lead to join our team at Community Health Programs Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Direct and manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication between patients, staff, and healthcare providers;">
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize provider availability and minimize wait times;">
  • Collaborate with the Director of Dental Operations to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience;">
  • Provide guidance and training to reception staff on best practices in patient engagement, data entry, and billing procedures;">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and billing details;">
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and safety in patient care;">
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Billing and Clinical Services, to resolve issues and improve overall operational efficiency;">
  • Assess performance gaps and develop strategies to address them, ensuring continuous improvement and growth within the team.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred;">
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare providers;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.">
