Easter Seals Southern Georgia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Day Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our day services program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and implement quality programming that is culturally relevant, age-appropriate, and maximizes participant engagement.
- Staff Management: Manage, train, and schedule staff to provide participant support and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Program Director, Leadership Team, and Compliance Coordinator to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify and mitigate potential risks to the program.
- Residential and Healthcare Services: Oversee the delivery of residential and healthcare services, ensuring that participants receive high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management, staff supervision, and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
