As a Technical Writer, you will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our company. You will develop a thorough understanding of our customer-facing projects and compose clear and coherent project documentation (status reports, detailed analysis, training manuals, etc.) for our customers and business development initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with developers, analysts, business development, service delivery, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to document project details and technical methodologies. Your work will involve writing technical IT deliverables and proposals for Federal Agencies (specifically the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, NASA, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid) or State and Local Governments, with a focus on Medicaid and Healthcare.
