ACCS Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ACCS Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Comprehensive Assessments and Individualized Treatment Plans using Person-Centered Planning.
- Build relationships with individuals served and develop shared understanding of Person's goals and the steps necessary to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with applicable Care Coordination Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to share information and ensure that the needs of the person are fully met.
- Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups and treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
Masters Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility, required. Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid drivers license, and acceptable driving record required.
What We OfferAt Open Sky Community Services, we offer a competitive compensation model for clinicians, with salaries ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 based on current licensure and experience.
