- Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA regulations, maintaining compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.
- Team Collaboration and Supervision: Build positive relationships with administrative and medical staff, fellow colleagues, patients, and their families, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Education and Experience: Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program, Associate's degree or equivalent training in a related field, and 0 to 6 months of related experience and/or training.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) by the Arkansas Physical Therapy Board.
- Software Skills: Intermediate proficiency in word processing and typing, and familiarity with software applications relevant to therapy documentation and administrative tasks.
