Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide evidence-based treatment to patients with a variety of conditions, including arthritis, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment, based on individual patient needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
