Job Title: Mission Control Coordinator

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled Mission Control Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main liaison for mission communication support and integration, ensuring seamless coordination between Space Force, internal teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mission communication support and integration, ensuring alignment with documented objectives.
  • Assess and address customer communication needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling between Space Force, internal teams, and customers in preparation for rehearsals and launch activities.
  • Manage and update mission communication documentation consistently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee voice network configurations, perform network validation, and provide on-console support throughout mission rehearsals and actual launch.
  • Participate in essential integration meetings as necessary, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in customer requirement integration, with experience in launch base operations an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of a valid FL driver's license and ability to work in a high-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to brief various stakeholders.
  • Capacity to secure a Secret Clearance, with existing clearance holders preferred. Note: US Citizenship is mandatory for clearance acquisition.
  • Ability to operate with little to no supervision and work autonomously.
Work Environment:

Office environment and field environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Physical Demands:

Sitting for long periods of time, use of computer equipment, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
