What you'll do:

As a Community Relationship Banking Specialist, you will build lasting relationships with customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building meaningful relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs, and tailoring product and service recommendations
  • Collaborating with business partners to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs
  • Operating a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby/drive-up
  • Opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with digital products
  • Recognizing potential fraud and other risks
  • Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing
  • Supporting community and bank events

Your qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales roles
  • Prior banking experience preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
