Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our fast-paced multi-discipline team environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, planning, coordinating, and executing projects. You will work closely with our team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-discipline team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through open communication and regular updates
  • Coordinate quality control site visits to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Monitor and control project budgets and hours worked
  • Review and approve team time sheets and ensure accurate billing
  • Attend marketing events and business development opportunities to identify new project and client opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working and/or managing MEP design projects (all phases) for corporate, healthcare, higher education, private K-12 schools, local/state government, and multi-family residential projects
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems required
  • Engineering or Project Management related degree and/or PMP Certification desired
