Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise suite pantry staff: Develop and implement effective strategies to motivate and engage team members, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain high food quality and presentation: Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure accurate food preparation, presentation, and timely delivery.
  • Manage inventory and supplies: Conduct regular inventory checks, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned: Participate in special events, projects, and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience: Minimum of one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
