Job Title: Case Aide

Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Aide to join our Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) Services Program. As a Case Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and integration of refugee youth into our community.

Job Summary:

The Case Aide will work closely with our team to provide case management services to unaccompanied minors, ensuring their safety, stability, and successful transition into their new lives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to unaccompanied minors, including conducting home visits, monitoring progress, and connecting clients with community resources.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized service plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities to build relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in case management and refugee services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Case Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or sociology.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of child welfare and refugee services.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
