Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for detailed data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), cycle time analysis, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
  • Understanding of engineering simulation tools and health & safety regulations.
