Your Impact:
Take an active role in ensuring the success of your store, your team, and your customers by:

  • Managing accurate inventory controls including Zero Balance, Returns, and Cross Channel Returns.
  • Executing product activities such as unloading trucks, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Implementing Weekly Planograms and seasonal promotional merchandising changes.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Utilizing basic selling skills to effectively engage with customers and present solutions.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Handling front-end responsibilities including cashier duties and returns.
  • Providing leadership when designated as the 'Manager on Duty.'
  • Being adaptable to perform additional tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
  • Experience in leading and coaching teams or supervising staff.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and assess their needs.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Note: Sponsorship for work visas is not available for this position.
  • Preferred experience: Key holder experience in a retail environment.
