About the Role

This key position plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for commercial insurance clients. The Quality Assurance Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the QA review process, managing client relationships, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assign and Manage Reports: Ensure timely assignment of reports to ICQA reps and monitor progress through the review process.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  3. Quality Management: Oversee the quality of work for assigned accounts, analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Training and Development: Collaborate with Alexander & Schmidt management to train ICQA reps and field reps on account requirements.
