Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pet Host to join our team at PetSuites. As a Pet Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and promoting our services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
  • Promote our services to our clients, including boarding, grooming, and daycare options.
  • Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions, as well as manage inventory and supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
