As a key member of our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) department, you will be responsible for supervising the performance and daily operations of our mobile health teams, ensuring prompt response to emergency calls and providing quality medical treatment and transportation to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of EMTs and Paramedics in responding to emergency calls and providing medical treatment and transportation to patients.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and medical protocols.
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
- Complete required records and reports.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and respectful service to patients, employees, and stakeholders.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry EMT certification.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance.
- ICS100, 200, 300, 400, and NIMS 700, 800 certifications.
- Associates Degree.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- PHTLS/ITLS certification.
- NEMSMA Supervising Paramedic Officer (ACPE) certification.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
