Job Title: Senior Validation Specialist

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Specialist to join our team at CAI. As a Senior Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing documentation to support Commissioning, Qualifications, and Validation activities.

You will plan work, direct teams, and develop documents, requiring strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in ISPE Baseline Guide 5 and C&Q activities a plus. A background in facilities and equipment startup, utilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop documentation to support Commissioning, Qualifications, and Validation activities
  • Plan work, direct teams, and develop documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in validation and commissioning
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in ISPE Baseline Guide 5 and C&Q activities a plus
  • Background in facilities and equipment startup, utilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
