Position: Optical Sales Associate

At U.S. Vision, we have a rich history in eye care that dates back over a century. Key Responsibilities

The Optical Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our patients and customers. You will collaborate with the Optical Sales Manager to:

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
  • Drive sales performance while managing expenses
  • Meet personal and store objectives
  • Implement effective operational procedures
  • Engage with customers to address their eyewear needs

This position requires flexibility as you will work across multiple store locations within the designated area.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in optical or retail environments is preferred
  • Proven sales ability to connect with customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and educate them on their choices
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Proficient in using POS systems and computers
  • Able to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to travel to various store locations as needed
