Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and positive experience for all patients, customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Work with the Optical Sales Manager to achieve personal and store goals, including driving sales and controlling expenses.
  • Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize effective operational and procedural processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Optical or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong sales ability, with a focus on connecting with customers, uncovering their needs, and recommending products based on their needs.
  • Polished and professional communication and customer-centric service skills.
  • Able to use POS and computer systems.
  • Capable of working with and servicing diverse people.
  • Self-motivation, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback and learning.
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
  • Flexibility for scheduling, including weekends, select holidays, and special sales events.
  • Ability to meet the physical needs of the job and multitask in a busy work environment.
