TechFlow, Inc. is seeking a skilled Wastewater Operations Supervisor.

This role entails overseeing the planning, scheduling, and management of work crews dedicated to wastewater and stormwater maintenance.

Salary

Starting at $85,000 (Dependent on Experience) plus employer-sponsored health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all tasks related to Wastewater and Stormwater Maintenance, including preventive maintenance and chemical analysis.


Delegate responsibilities to team members based on their qualifications and workload, ensuring efficient task distribution to meet project timelines.

Continuously assess project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions.

Ensure team output meets established quality standards through inspections and corrective measures as necessary.

Optimize resource management, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders such as clients and management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

10+ years of management experience in wastewater/stormwater maintenance

Wastewater 1 or 2 Certification

Valid driver's license

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Consistent and reliable attendance

U.S. citizenship to maintain access to military installations

Physical Requirements

Position requires moderate physical exertion, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.

Ability to lift and carry moderate weights, with occasional heavier loads (up to 50 pounds).
