  • Ensure proper communication with the team upon shift completion.
  • Provide honest and detailed reports of all kitchen activities, both positive and negative.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures outlined in manuals and meetings.
  • Enforce adherence to recipes, cleanliness standards, and quality control measures.
  • Attend quarterly supervisory meetings to discuss team performance and improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid food management certification is required.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the establishment operates year-round.
  • Willingness to relocate to different locations as needed.
  • Availability to work a five-day work week, totaling 50-55 hours.
  • Days off must be scheduled between Monday and Thursday.
  • Vacation time is to be taken between specified months and must be utilized or forfeited.
  • Proficient in inventory ordering and management.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with local health code regulations is necessary.
  • Adherence to hiring policies and timely interview processes is required.
  • Ability to provide written evaluations for staff performance.
  • Capable of performing essential sensory tasks such as tasting and smelling.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Physical stamina to stand and move about for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and operate kitchen equipment effectively.
  • Compliance with grooming and dress standards is expected.
  • Proficiency in all kitchen stations, including the expo area, is required.
