Job Overview

Noble Anesthesia Partners is in search of a motivated and meticulous Equipment Distribution Specialist to enhance our Texas Office-Based Anesthesia (OBA) division.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of the delivery, installation, and removal of medical equipment and supplies at various locations. Ensure that all equipment is returned to the central facility, thoroughly cleaned, and restocked as necessary.
  • Equipment Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and sanitation of equipment. Resolve any issues that may occur during setup or operation.
  • Inventory Oversight: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are replenished and within their usable dates. Log inventory items in our electronic management system promptly.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records of equipment setups, maintenance activities, and any incidents. Relay inventory requirements to relevant internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and a valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in logistics within a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adhere to detailed instructions.
  • Experience operating a cargo van and capability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard office hours, Monday through Friday, with no evening, Sunday, or holiday shifts required.
  • Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed.
