Position Overview

South Florida Therapeutic Solutions P.A. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency.

This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, providing flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee drug testing procedures.
  • Digitally organize and archive patient documentation.
  • Coordinate and confirm patient appointments.
  • Exhibit adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure refreshments are available for patients.
  • Process payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
  • Initiate necessary actions for account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer account statuses.
  • Completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
  • Supervise drug testing for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Prior experience in billing, customer relations, or similar fields.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Applicants must successfully pass a background check as required by the Florida Department of Corrections.
