Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Supervisor. This role will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Accounts Payable section and the Travel section in the UCR Accounting Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise seven staff positions in the day-to-day operations of the section
  • Perform the highest level of accounts payable activities
  • Participate in the development of policy, procedures, and system enhancements related to accounts payable
  • Develop and conduct campus-wide training courses related to accounts payable and travel processes
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Office management team to plan future activities and incorporate the latest technology available to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have current work authorization and a strong background in financial operations, including accounts payable and payroll management.
