Job Details:

1. Oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships, S corps, individuals, and high net worth individuals.

2. Lead the tax planning process and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

3. Manage relationships with external tax consultants and auditors.

4. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

5. Collaborate with other departments to develop tax-efficient strategies for business operations.

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations, and advise management on the impact of new laws on the company.
