About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tax Sales Representative to join our team at Amity One Tax. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing initial interactions, and guiding them through the process of registering and using our client portal.

Your primary objective will be to ensure each client receives a top-tier experience from the start. To achieve this, you will need to possess outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, effective time management, and a preference for a lively, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to understand clients' tax-related challenges.
  • Clearly present the advantages of our tax relief services.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Keep accurate client records in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently.
  • Efficiently manage time to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute positively to the overall growth and success of the team.
Requirements
  • Previous tax sales experience is required.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Superior written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
