Controller

We are seeking a seasoned Controller to join our team at Incipio Workforce Solutions (On Behalf of Local Firm). As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in guiding our financial strategies and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Administration to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company standards.
  • Lead the accounting and finance team to ensure robust, efficient, and aligned financial processes.
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget, providing actionable insights and recommendations through thorough financial analysis.
  • Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of internal controls, maintain compliance with regulations, and uphold proper segregation of duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA Certification: A must-have, with a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a concentration in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Lean accounting is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics, Excel, ERP systems, and a keen interest in automation and technology-driven process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variable situations where limited standardization exists.
