Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant Role

In this dynamic position with OSF HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a rural and medically underserved setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centric care through primary experiences in primary care, urgent care, or general pediatrics.
  • Participate in specialty rotations to gain practical experience and exposure in various service lines.
  • Focus on delivering care in rural areas and participate in community medical fairs to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients of OSF.
  • Offer advanced practice services.
  • Maintain the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients.
  • Keep full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff.
  • Exercise diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
  • Provide a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals, and needs.
