Job Opportunity

We are seeking Part-Time Servers to join our team at Carriage Inn Bryan. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the dining room is clean and set up to company standards for all meals and functions.
  • Greet residents and guests with a smile and ensure each resident has a place to sit.
  • Take food orders, present them to the kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and check food quality/presentation.
  • Respond quickly to resident and guest requests and interact with guests in the dining room to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist with setting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of waste materials, and restocking inventory.
  • Ensure residents' safety by removing walkers from the dining room and returning them immediately after finishing meals.
  • Adhere to all food handling, food service, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • Must be or become within 60 days an accredited food handler per State guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Willingness to undergo a routine background check, including a drug screen.
