At DCI Donor Services, we are dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate In-House Recovery Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, with a minimum of two years of experience in an ICU or acute care setting. As an In-House Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating patient suitability for organ donation, coordinating organ placement and allocation, and providing support to donor families.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Evaluating patient medical records and consulting with medical staff to determine suitability for organ donation.
  • Coordinating organ placement and allocation with transplant programs and surgeons.
  • Assisting in the surgical recovery of organs and peri-operative management, including logistics such as transportation and surgical packaging.
  • Providing support to donor families and conducting medical/social history interviews.
  • Partnering with hospital leadership to improve donation metrics, protocols, and policy.
  • Developing and presenting hospital educational programs and status reports based on strategic goals.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $88,500 to $110,800 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
