Position Objective: To deliver mental health rehabilitation services and support to adults and families, aiming to reduce hospitalizations and crisis situations while enhancing community integration. This role ensures the continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards. Collaborate as a team member in providing mental health services to clients and their families, facilitating recovery in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct case management services, crisis intervention, skills training, and individual counseling.
  • Monitor medication and maintain documentation within required timelines.
  • Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in the delivery of mental health services to clients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health.
  • Proven education, training, or experience in mental health services.
  • MHP designation and a valid driver's license.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills for accurate documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in conducting individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Capability to present and coordinate educational sessions for clients, families, and staff.

  • Complete all necessary documentation within appropriate timelines.
  • Manage primary case responsibilities for designated clients.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations in maintaining client service records.
  • Maintain communication with all staff regarding admissions, processes, and discharge plans.
  • Coordinate services from various community resources.
  • Utilize diverse treatment concepts and evidence-based practices in care delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and training for clients, families, and community groups as needed.
  • Familiarity with court proceedings and availability for court appearances on behalf of clients.
  • Participate actively as a member of the Clinical Team in all meetings and activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional standards and legal frameworks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Act as a role model demonstrating positive relations within the agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Based on education, experience, and credentials.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
