Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct nursing operations at Tower Health, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative nursing strategies and care models.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability among nursing staff, driving initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
- Mentor and support nursing leaders across various facilities, promoting best practices and operational efficiencies.
- Manage financial and operational aspects of nursing services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in nursing, health administration, or an MBA is preferred.
- Current nursing licensure in the relevant jurisdiction or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Extensive experience in nursing leadership within a complex healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and enhancing operational performance.
