Program Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and management of referrals for individuals reintegrating into society. This role involves providing guidance and support to ensure effective access to a variety of essential services, including primary healthcare, housing assistance, legal support, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment.

Compensation: $43.50 per hour, dependent on experience

Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise personnel assigned by the Director
  • Ensure safety within the facility
  • Conduct regular audits of patient records and prepare reports
  • Enhance the network of referral resources
  • Participate in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
Daily Operations Management:
  • Oversee patient intake and placement processes
  • Monitor and guide staff activities
  • Enforce operational rules and maintain a secure environment
Staff Oversight:
  • Provide orientation for new team members
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Assist the Director with recruitment and performance evaluations
Administrative Duties:
  • Engage actively in agency-wide committees
  • Support the management team in conflict resolution
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma is required; higher education may be preferred
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is necessary
